We want you to love your purchase from xinfitong.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags still attached. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard) within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the refund is issued in Euros.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please request an exchange in your email. Exchanges depend on stock availability. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to you, but you are responsible for returning the original item to us.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
